• Branding Service: 3 to 5 weeks

• Social Media Management Service: 1 to 3 months

If you would like to receive your order sooner, rush services are available for certain services at an additional cost.

Please be aware that projects may take longer to complete during peak workload periods. If your order is delayed, you will be updated.

Additionally, turnaround times may also be affected by client response time. Please ensure timely responses to avoid delays.

Photos do not have to be taken by a professional photographer (although this is encouraged), but they should be clear and high quality.

Please refrain from using Snapchat (or any filtered photos), as well as dull or blurry cell phone photos.

Drafts are for approval purposes only and may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed to anyone other than those directly involved in the project without prior permission from Cocossocials.

All drafts are the property of Cocossocials.

Drafts must be responded to within 72 hours of receipt. For each day late beyond the 72-hour period, your turnaround time will be extended by one day.

After we deliver your drafts, you are allowed 2 free revisions. Additional revisions cost €10 per revision.

Revisions include changes to color, text placement, image placement, font, or size. This does not include creating an entirely different draft. If you need a new draft, you may purchase one for €15.

Revisions must be responded to within 72 hours of receipt. For each day late beyond the 72-hour period, your turnaround time will be extended by one day.

For each day late beyond the 72-hour period for completing or responding to the design form or revisions, your turnaround time will be extended by one day. (For example, if the client takes 5 days to respond, the turnaround time will be extended by 5 days.)

After 15 days of a missing or incomplete design form or no communication regarding proofs/revisions, a €30 restart fee will be applied. If there is no response after 30 days, your project will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

After your order has been finalized (all revisions are made and final drafts have been sent), no additional revisions or changes will be made unless a fee is charged. The invoice must be paid before any further revisions are completed.

Upon completion, you grant Cocossocials full permission to use your completed design(s) for marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Full payment is needed upfront for graphic design. For social media management and branding, you can pay in parts, but the first payment is required before we start.

Cocossocials does not offer refunds for any services unless otherwise agreed upon.

Buyer’s remorse or a decision to use another designer does not qualify as grounds for a refund.
