    • After you’ve scheduled a consultation via our booking system, you’ll need to complete a client form and create a Pinterest board in our client portal before our free consultation.

    • If we’re a good match, you’ll receive a personalized welcome package and access to the client portal.

    • Fill out the questionnaire in the portal and add your Pinterest board before the kick-off call.

    • After the kick-off call, we’ll create a mood board and set the creative direction for your brand.

    • Once you approve the mood board, we’ll begin designing the full branding in a brand presentation.

    • After finalizing the brand identity, we’ll work on any print or digital extras if included in your package.

    • Yay, everything’s ready! You’ll receive all final files and brand guidelines after the final invoice is paid.

  • You can enhance your package with custom stationery like business cards, gift cards, and loyalty cards, or digital items such as social media templates to further develop and professionalize your branding.
