  • We track success using metrics like engagement, follower growth, and website visits. We provide reports to show how well your campaigns are doing.

  • We send graphic designs in formats like JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS and sometimes AI , based on what you need.

  • We offer two rounds of revisions to make sure that the designs meet your needs and expectations. Revisions include changes to color, text placement, image placement, font, or size on a draft. This does not include creating an entirely different draft. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are charged at €10 per round. If you would like a new draft, you can purchase that for €15.

    Revisions must be responded to within a 72-hour period after delivery. For each day late after the 72-hour period for responding to revisions, your turnaround time will be extended by one day.

  • Yes, rush services are available for some services. Contact us for details and extra costs.

  • Full payment is needed upfront for graphic design. For social media management and branding, you can pay in parts, but the first payment is required before we start.

  • The timeline for our services is as follows: social media management takes 1-3 months, branding takes 3-5 weeks, and graphic design takes 1-2 weeks. During busy periods, timelines may vary, but we always keep our clients informed to ensure a smooth process.

  • Cocos socials does not offer refunds for any services unless otherwise agreed upon.

    Buyer’s remorse or a decision to use another designer does not qualify as grounds for a refund.
